PT212 type PT pump test bench is patented by CUMMINS in the United States

Product PT Fuel pump, provide special equipment for testing.

The main engine adopts advanced and reliable frequency conversion stepless speed regulation,

 wide speed regulation range, high measurement accuracy, and adopts special double float flow meter. it can meet the test requirements for CUMMINS PT pumps.

Such as: PT(G), PT(G)VS, PT(G)MVS, PT(G)AFC, PT(G)AFC-VS,

PT(G)EFC, PT(G)R, PT(H) test and adjustment of various types of PT fuel pumps.

 

 

2. Test Function

1. Gear pump pressure and vacuum test of PT pump;

2. Idle speed test of PT pump;

3. The weight of the PT pump assists the pressure test;

4. Pressure flow test of each inspection point of PT pump;

5. PT pump AFC test;

6. Oil stop test of PT pump;

7. Throttle stroke test of PT pump;

8. The throttle oil return test of the PT pump;

9. Test of ASA valve of PT pump;
