Brief Introduction:


CR825A multi-purpose Diesel injector &pump Common Rail EDC Test

Bench 12 cylinders, which can test :
1. Mechanical pump: include all types of the in line and Rotary( VE) pump.
2. All types of the Common rail injectors: Electromagnetic and Piezo injectors
3. All types of the Common rail pumps: include BOSCH, DENSO, DENSO HP0 SIEMENS and DELPHI pump.

4. HEUI injector testing ( C7 C9, C-9, 3126 injetors testing)

5. EUI EUP testing

6. AHE funcitons

7. QR Coding( BOSCH, DELPHI, DENSO, SIEMENS injectors)

8. BIP testing

9. Resistance sensing testing




I. Mechanical pump testing :
1. It can testA. B. P,P7 PN. PW types etc.in line pumps.
2. All rotor type VE pumps can be tested.
3. .Measurement of each cylinder delivery at any speed.
4. Test point and interval angle of oil supply of injection pump.Checking
and adjust the mechanical governor.
5. Checking and adjusting the distributor pump.
6. Experiment and adjusting of behavior of supercharging and
compensatory device.
7. Measurement of oil return of distributing pump
8. Testing of the electromagnetic valve of distributor pump.(12V/24V)
9. Measurement of the internal pressure of distributor pump.
10. Checking of the advance angle of advance device.
11. Checking the sealing of injection pump body
12. Install tube of auto-sucking oil supply can check on oil supply pump(including VE pump.


II. HIGH pressure Common rail System Test function
1. Full automatic detection of BOSCH, DELPHI, DENSO , SIEMENS
and other brands of the electromagnetic injectors, CLEAN, VE, VL. LL.
EM. LEAK and other conditions of pressure flow and other performance
and parameters.
2. The computer system can automatically detection the quality of the injection.
3. The computer system can automatically produce BOSCH QR code
according to the measurement results.
4. Full automatic detection of BOCH CP1, CP2, CP3, DENSO HP1,
HP2, HP3, HP4, DELPHI and other high pressure common rail pumps.
How and pressure under various working conditions, the system
automatically judges the quality of the fuel pump.
5. Fully automatic detection of the CAT to drive the flow and pressure of
the pump at various speeds, the system automatically judges weather the
umps is good or bad.
6. Fully automatic detection of the DENSO HP0 pump flow and
pressure under various working conditions, the system automatically
judges the quality of the pump.


III . THE Main Configuration:
1. Embedded industrial computer system, color LCD touch screen
control, easy to operate, stable performance.
2. System memory standard data of various injectors and fuel pumps.
3. Randomly configure the BOSCH CP3.3 fuel pump.
4. Configure BOSCH DRV valve, pressure range 0-2600 bar, rail
pressure accuracy+ - 0.5bar.
5. High precision flow sensor , flow range 0.008-4L/mm, accuracy 0.3%
